Personally I go for blue and any skin (I have my preferences sure but if I can't afford it I don't go QQ and farm I just buy what I can and maybe get it later)

but 7 is a really weird attribute value to get.

I mean, say you want to use two attributes and a shield from a third. Then you'll go 12,10,7 but you have enough points to get 8 and not enough points to boost anything else. Or you can do 11,11,7 but likewise you have enough points for 8 and not enough to do anything else.

There might be a use for 7 req if you split attributes 4 ways but then that isn't so good for a monk... And there aren't really any monk skills that would be useful from like 5 points in that attribute.
